Shachihata Ukidel Ink Repellent White Stamp Pad

This is a white stamp pad that uses special ink that repels water-based dye ink. If you paint over the stamped impression with fountain pen ink or a water-based pen, the illustration will appear to stand out. Ink on the rubber stamp can be cleaned with the included special cleaner.
