Yes, the cutoff date is on the 28th of every month.

• If you subscribe on or before the 28th, your first kit will ship in the first half of next month.
• If you subscribe after the 28th, your first kit will ship in the first half of the month after next.

Your initial payment will be processed the day you subscribe.

• All subsequent payments for recurring subscriptions will be charged on the 10th of each month.

We totally understand how this might be confusing! 💌 If you subscribed between monthly cutoffs, it's possible that your sign-up fell just after one billing cycle closed and just before the next one began.

Because subscriptions renew on the 10th of each month, this can result in two charges before your first kit ships.

Rest assured, your order is in our system and your first kit will be on its way during the next scheduled shipping window. If you have any questions or want us to double-check your dates, we're happy to help!

Yes, subscriptions have a 2 month minimum. If cancelled before 2 months, you will be charged the remaining balance. There are no cancellation fees after the minimum subscription period has been met. 

Ofcourse! You can cancel after 2 billing cycles by logging into your account and heading to account management.

Please make sure to cancel before the cutoff/billing cycle (28th of each month). After this point, your order will ship as scheduled and any cancellations will apply to the following month. 

Absolutely! You can change your paper type selection by accessing your subscription dashboard under your account (account details >> manage subscriptions) From here, update the paper type on your subscription. Important note - this change will go into effect for the next billing cycle. If you would like to make a change on a current order that hasn't been shipped, please reach out to us at hello@simplepaper.co so that we can make a note on your order.

If you are a recurring subscriber, you are able to update your address by accessing your subscription dashboard under your account (account details >> manage subscriptions) From here, update the address on your subscription. Important note - you are only able to change your address via this method before the 1st of the month. If your card has been charged and/or it is after the 1st of the month, please contact customer service at hello@simplepaper.co
