Billing & Shipping Details
The timing of your first kit depends on when you subscribe.
Subscribe on or by February 28th? Your first kit will be the April Kit, shipping in the first half of March.
Subscribe after February 28th? Your first kit will be the May Kit, shipping in the first half of April.
Your first payment is charged when you subscribe, and all future payments will be processed on the 10th of each month.

Is there a cutoff date for subscribing each month?
Yes, the cutoff date is on the 28th of every month.
- If you subscribe on or before the 28th, your first kit will ship in the first half of next month.
- If you subscribe after the 28th, your first kit will ship in the first half of the month after next.

When will I be charged?
Your initial payment will be processed the day you subscribe.
- All subsequent payments for recurring subscriptions will be charged on the 10th of each month.

Your subscription will ship in the first half of each month, typically by the 14th.

Is the a minimum number of months I need to stay subscribed?
Yes, subscriptions have a 2 month minimum. If cancelled before 2 months, you will be charged the remaining balance. There are no cancellation fees after the minimum subscription period has been met.
Can I order other items with my subscription?
No, please make sure to checkout with only the subscription kit in your shopping cart. This ensures your order is processed smoothly and avoids any delays with shipping or fulfillment. Thank you for understanding!
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! You can cancel after 2 billing cycles by logging into your account and heading to account management.
Please make sure to cancel before 11:59pm EST on the 28th of the month. After this point, your order will ship as scheduled and any cancellations will apply to the following month.
How do I update my address?
If you are a recurring subscriber, you are able to update your address by accessing your subscription dashboard under your account (account details >> manage subscriptions) From here, update the address on your subscription. Important note - you are only able to change your address via this method before the 1st of the month. If your card has been charged and/or it is after the 1st of the month, please contact customer service at hello@simplepaper.co
