Decorative Sticker Kit Monthly Subscription | Month to Month
A monthly kit designed to be both a functional and creative addition to your planning and journaling needs. It consists of 14-15 sheets of beautifully curated floral and decorative elements that are simple and elegant. The kit will also come with one stationary item (ie: sticky note, roll of washi, pen, etc). The theme will change monthly.
You will be initially charged on the day you make the purchase. All recurring subscriptions will be charged on the 1st of the month thereafter. Subscriptions will ship by the 14th of the following month. Purchases made on the 25th or later will receive the following month's kit. Please refer to the FAQs below on when your first subscription will ship.

When will I be charged?
You will be initially billed on the day you subscribe. All future subscriptions will be billed on the 1st.
Please make sure your card on file is updated to ensure a smooth monthly transaction. If we are unable to receive payment by the 6th, your subscription will be cancelled.
When will my subscription ship?
The subscriptions will ship the first week of every month. Please allow up until the 12th for subscription to ship.
If you subscribed after the cutoff date, your subscription will ship the month after.

Is the a minimum number of months I need to stay subscribed?
Yes, subscriptions have a 2 month minimum. If cancelled before 2 months, you will be charged the remaining balance. There are no cancellation fees after the minimum subscription period has been met.
Is there a cut off date?
Yes, there is a cutoff on the 25th of every month.
example: If you subscribed on April 20th, your subscription will ship the beginning of May. If you subscribed on April 26th, your subscription will ship beginning of June.
Can I order other items with my subscription?
No! Please make sure you checkout with ONLY the subscription kit in shopping cart.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! You can cancel after 2 billing cycles by logging into your account and heading to account management.
Please make sure to cancel before 11:59pm EST on the 28th of the month. After this point, your order will ship as scheduled and any cancellations will apply to the following month.
How do I update my address?
If you are a recurring subscriber, you are able to update your address by accessing your subscription dashboard under your account (account details >> manage subscriptions) From here, update the address on your subscription. Important note - you are only able to change your address via this method before the 1st of the month. If your card has been charged and/or it is after the 1st of the month, please contact customer service at hello@simplepaper.co
