Great for scrapbooking, this Good Design award-winning ceramic cutter makes it easy to cut out sections of magazines, newspapers, and decorative paper. Its 360-degree rotating head makes it easy to cut in straight or curved lines without having to constantly adjust the paper. Only a small sliver of blade sticks out from the head, so you can cut just one sheet of paper at a time. A cap securely fastens over the blade to keep it safely covered when the cutter is not in use, and the cap posts securely onto the back of the cutter to keep it from getting lost when you are using the cutter. Replacement blades are available and can be found under Recommended Refills/Parts.
