We currently ship all orders from the United States.

Unless otherwise noted in our announcement bar, orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.



Domestic Shipping

We offer standard shipping via USPS for all U.S. orders. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking details will be emailed once your order is on its way.

Free Shipping Offer

Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders over $100 (automatically applied at checkout).

International Orders

We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location and may take 2–4 weeks. Customs duties and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.



Returns

We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return it for store credit or an exchange. Please read our full policy below:

Return Eligibility

Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of delivery (confirmed via USPS tracking). Items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and packaging.

Return Process

Email us at hello@simplepaper.co to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once you receive your RMA number, mail your item in its original packaging with proof of purchase to the provided address.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable method.

Refunds & Processing

Returns are processed within 7 days of receiving your return. We’ll notify you by email once your store credit or exchange is issued.

 

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Stickers

  • Paper goods

  • Sale items (all sale items are final)

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
