Shipping policy

We ship all orders from the United States.

Processing. Unless our announcement bar says otherwise, orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your confirmation email.

U.S. shipping. We ship U.S. orders by USPS standard shipping. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, and we email tracking details once your order is on its way.

Free shipping. U.S. orders over $100 ship free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

International shipping. We ship to select international destinations. Delivery takes about 2 to 4 weeks depending on location. Customs duties and fees may apply and are paid by the customer.

Sticker Club. Subscription kits ship in the first half of each month, usually by the 14th. See our Subscription policy for timing.

Damaged or missing items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email hello@simplepaper.co and we will arrange a replacement.
