Inspired by the natural character of Japanese cedar, TAG STATIONERY's Fumisome Natural Dye Ink | Cedar brings the warmth of the forest to your writing. Developed in collaboration with the Kyoto Plant Dyeing Research Institute, this ink is made using cedar wood waste from Himi Satoyama Cedar in Himi City, Toyama Prefecture, giving a byproduct of the timber industry a new purpose.

The ink has a rich brown color reminiscent of earth and natural wood, along with a distinctive cedar scent. Its plant-based ingredients create a writing experience that reflects the variations found in natural materials. Because the ink is made from natural ingredients, its color may change over time depending on storage conditions.

Use it with a fountain pen for everyday writing or with a glass pen or dip pen to explore its color and character. As a dye-based ink, it can produce gentle variations and gradients on paper, making it an interesting option for letters, journaling, and creative writing.
