Tag Stationery Kyo No Oto Ink | No. 12 Ryokuyuiro

Regular price $40.00

Ryokuyuiro, or Green Glaze, is a rich green inspired by the traditional green glaze used on ceramics. Green glaze is among the oldest types of ceramic glaze, with a history reaching back to ancient China and a long tradition in Japan dating to the Heian period.

Part of TAG STATIONERY's Kyo No Oto collection, Ryokuyuiro brings the character of this historic color into writing ink. The dye formula naturally produces variations in tone and shading as it settles into the paper, while its water-soluble nature allows the color to be softened or spread with a water brush for more expressive effects.

Ryokuyuiro is one of the glitter colors introduced to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the Kyo No Oto series, adding subtle shimmer to the traditional green. It can be used with glass pens, dip pens, brushes, and fountain pens. When using it in a fountain pen, regular cleaning is recommended.
