The KOKUYO Dotliner Transparent Mechanism is a refillable adhesive tape roller designed for clean, precise paper crafting. Its clear body lets you see the inner mechanism and remaining tape as you work, while the roller tip glides smoothly across the page for controlled application.

The adhesive is applied in tiny dots rather than as a continuous strip, helping prevent the tape from sticking to itself and allowing paper to stay smooth and wrinkle-free. The acid-free adhesive is also well suited for scrapbooking and other projects where you want to help protect photos and paper from discoloration.

With no drying time and no wet glue to handle, the Dotliner is convenient for attaching photos, paper pieces, receipts, ephemera, and other lightweight materials. When needed, the adhesive can also be removed with an eraser.

The cartridge is replaceable, so you can continue using the same compact roller once the original 16-meter tape runs out.
